Full-Cycle Recruitment and Workforce Development Coordinator Opportunity
**About the Role**: We are seeking an experienced Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, assisting with workforce planning, and fostering strong relationships across the organisation to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
**Responsibilities**:
* Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles.
* Assist with workforce planning by assessing staffing needs and implementing recruitment strategies to optimise resources and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Foster strong relationships across the organisation to support recruitment, workforce development, and succession planning.
**Requirements**:
* Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles.
* Proficiency in developing workforce plans by assessing staffing needs and implementing recruitment strategies to optimise resources and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Advanced relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with managers, employees, and external partners.
