About the Role
Pindara Private Hospital is seeking a motivatedRegistered Nurse to join our busy and supportive surgical ward on a short-term parental leave contract.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic unit that specialises in:
* Urology
* Gynaecology & Urogynaecology
* Plastics
Working as part of a dedicated and collaborative team, you will deliver safe, evidence-based, patient-centred care while further developing your clinical skills in a supportive environment.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be a compassionate and proactive nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Recent acute surgical nursing experience.
* Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* High attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* A commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Remuneration: On offer a base hourly rate ranging from $ $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8).
