**The key accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to**:
- Plan, lead, and oversee construction activities based on signalling and functional documentation.
- Manage the Civil Construction team and subcontractors for ETCS L2 project delivery and coordinate all construction site activities according to the project plan.
- Manage the ITP Process and ensure ITP's are signed off by stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Optimize project resources, both internal and external, to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the HSE team to define site safety requirements and implement HSE initiatives in compliance with regulations.
- Ensure HSE compliance, defining site safety requirements, and implementing initiatives.
- Provide regular progress reports on construction activities and resource performance evaluations.
**_Education and experience: _**
- 5+ years in civil supervision in a rail and civil construction environment
- Construction White Card
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Current Class A Drivers License
- Experience in concrete and foundation works.
- Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives.
- Outstanding planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated experience working within a brownfield railway signalling environment.
- Knowledge of software tools and technical systems.
