Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver evidence-based educational programs to support clinical best practice.
* Mentor and guide staff during their NICU journey, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
* Support the implementation of service improvements and contribute to the advancement of neonatal nursing.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and improve outcomes.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse with full registration and relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or equivalent experience.
* Post-graduate qualification in education or willingness to pursue one.
