Our IBP Portfolio Planning Manager will be responsible for the leadership and development of the portfolio planning platform as a key component of the Integrated Business Planning process across The Arnott's Group.

You will be delivering thought leadership and strategic direction, as well as providing recommendations for design, build and implementation of portfolio planning solutions across the broader organisation.

This is a newly created role, which will be reporting into our Director of IBP, and a dotted line into our Chief Marketing Officer

**Key responsibilities include**:

- In conjunction with The Arnott's Group's broader IBP Improvement Plan, build the Portfolio Planning strategy that outlines our improvement initiatives across people, process and digital solutions
- Create and Lead the Portfolio and Pipeline Management process for TAG by building from the plans already in place, identify additional gaps, opportunities and risks and align the recommended actions with Business Team Directors
- Own the design, build and implementation of all IBP Portfolio Planning improvement initiatives across Portfolio Planning, NPD Commercialisation (including Stage & Gate), and Market Insights
- Lead the transition from current-state to a best-in-class future-state portfolio planning organisation
- Own the Portfolio Management Review (PMR) step of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process
- Work collaboratively and constructively with the Business Team directors to ensure business strategy is delivered through both our short and long-term plans, with the right planning horizons and lead times, and deliver a balanced view on risks and opportunities
- Play a key role in analysing and consolidating our market insights in the context of managing the product portfolio
- With the IBP Digital Solutions Manager, create scorecards to drive focus on areas needing corrective action, align accurate inputs to MBR scorecard
- Challenge the status quo and lead a mentality of continuous improvement that drives a culture of excellence in IBP

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- 7-10 years' experience in leading NPD Commercialisation, Portfolio Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning
- Exceptional working knowledge of Portfolio Planning Systems, Reporting & Advanced Analytics Tools and IBP Management Tools (JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP APO/IBP, Tableau, Power BI) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills
- +5 years' experience in FMCG/CPG, Pharmaceutical or associated industries, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Marketing essential
- Detailed focused
