About Claims Management
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage claims effectively, ensuring timely and sustainable return-to-work outcomes while maintaining reasonable claim costs.
Your Responsibilities
* Proactively manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims
* Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, brokers, rehab providers, and other stakeholders to develop effective Return to Work strategies
* Assist workers and employers with the claim process, providing support, managing expectations, and ensuring timely access to necessary services
* Assess liability and recovery aspects relevant to legislation or policies, and conduct ongoing reviews of entitlements and payments
* Respond to escalations, providing coaching and mentoring to team members
About You
1. Minimum 3 years of experience managing claims within a similar industry
2. An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to customer support
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Attention to detail with high accuracy
5. Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills
6. A collaborative team player who can also work independently
