Overview
NCJ ADAMSON EARTHMOVING PTY LTD is seeking an experienced All Round Machinery Operator to join our team in Margaret River, WA. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the success of our construction projects by operating a variety of heavy machinery with skill and precision.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate and maintain a range of heavy machinery including excavators, graders, loaders, and track crawler, horizontal grinder, crushing and screening equipment
* Carry out earthmoving tasks such as site preparation, land clearing and mulching, crushing and screening, and dam construction
* Perform routine checks and maintenance on all operated machinery
* Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
Qualifications
* Several years of experience operating a range of heavy construction machinery
* Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently with heavy machinery
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g. HR or HC driver's license)
* A passion for the construction industry and a commitment to quality work
