Job Title: Construction Manager

About the Role:
* Lead a small team of Project Managers, Supervisors, and Administrators to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Set clear expectations and monitor performance to ensure accountability and results-driven outcomes.
* Foster a positive, inclusive culture that prioritizes safety, wellbeing, and inclusion.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies.
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and take corrective action when necessary.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational delivery with business objectives.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to build capability within the team.
Requirements:
* Trade and tertiary qualifications in Construction or related discipline, including a Commercial Builder's Licence (or willingness and ability to obtain).
* A significant amount of experience in construction leadership roles, ideally overseeing multiple projects and teams.
* Strong people leadership skills, commercial acumen, and ability to balance operational detail with strategic goals.
