Job Summary: The Program Manager serves as a liaison between the Burroughs Sales, Account Management, and Operations functions, providing pre-sales assistance such as completion of RFPs, Field and Supply Chain capabilities, ensuring readiness to support new business. The Program Manager may also interface with third-party partner companies to facilitate the development of new service offerings.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading related projects within a program, aligning them with organizational strategic goals.
* Creating and overseeing the program management plan, including risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
* Managing program resources and influencing stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and project teams.
* Supporting change management initiatives.
* Communicating with key stakeholders and senior/executive levels for alignment.
* Managing vendor relationships and program financials.
* Monitoring sales activity, deal status, and operational readiness through regular meetings and updates.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Mostly sedentary, using typical office equipment, in a professional or home office environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Problem solving, collaboration, customer service, strong communication, independence, leadership, attention to detail.
Education and Experience: 3-5 years of experience, college degree or equivalent, experience in customer service/problem-solving, familiarity with deployment and billing processes, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary range: $87K to $140K annually, depending on experience.
