**About the role**
Newly created role to support the learning and design of a risk capability uplift program.
**Learning Design Lead** will be responsible for developing learning to uplift knowledge around BEN's 3 (Banks) Lines of Defence model, focusing on risk capability uplift and awareness initiatives.
In this role you will design and develop learning content, balancing aesthetic and functional elements, and engage with enterprise leaders to develop a detailed learning approach. The role involves building cross-functional relationships and delivering key messages through learning development and design.
**About you**:
As a **Learning Design Lead,** you will bring following skills:
- Responsible for the creation of learning plans, designing, development and delivery of risk capability uplift training.
- Developing creative content using Instructional Design Software & Tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, Vyond)
- Designing visually engaging content that captures attention and increases knowledge, including graphic design, video production, web content and e-based learning material
- Work with our team, customers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Extremely proficient verbal and written skills, communication skills and high attention to detail
**This role is an 18-month fixed term role based in Melbourne or Sydney**.** We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum x2 days in a local Head Office p/week**.
