About the Role
**Description**:
The QA Admin role is responsible for ensuring the Rhino Rack Document Control System is managed in compliance with Rhino Rack Australia Pty Limited Integrated Management System and applicable internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to Quality Assurance, the QA Admin role will be based at Rhino Rack's Eastern Creek Site in Sydney.
This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining Rhino Rack Warranty and NCR data in the system, as well as tracking and following of corrective and preventive actions based on agreed target dates.. Function shall also include QA support for change control, deviations, investigations, document control, training, validation, internal audits, regulatory inspections, vendor management, clinical QA audit tracking and management
Works independently to manage and administer effective Document and Record Control systems ensuring compliance to applicable internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Supports review, approval, update, filing and distribution / upload of controlled documents both internally and externally
Performs proofreading, editing, word and filing to support the Quality Assurance, Documentation, Batch Record, and Audit/Inspection functions
Creates and maintains filing systems (electronic and paper) for all controlled documents and records
Maintains Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control database/records, SOP Master List, and document number issuance logs for controlled documents
Perform regular review, update consolidation of warranty and NCR data for purposes of analysis and improvement.
Assists with Vendor Management Program - maintains database and tracks due dates for audit reports, vendor re-assessments, certificates VDMA and NCRs
Maintenance of calibration register and coordination with external parties on calibration requirements and schedule
Provides cross-functional support within QA department, as needed
Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules
Promote continuous improvement particularly relating to document control, analysis and use of data and other operational activities
Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system. (e.g. Drawings, policies, procedures)
