We are seeking someone with experience in shaping strategies that achieve operational and clinical goals, and the capability to translate those strategies into clear, workable plans.
You will be confident designing the steps, processes and initiatives required to execute on those goals and driving them through to delivery.
With a strong focus on using data to inform decisions and improve programs, you'll help ensure that improvements are evidence-based, measurable and embedded across the service.

You will have expertise in healthcare regulations, standards of care, clinical governance, and quality improvement methodologies.
A nursing background with current AHPRA registration in nursing or another relevant clinical profession (without conditions) and Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field are essential.

Bring your passion for Primary Health Services and be rewarded with: A chance to work within a well-respected Australian organization with over 1000 employees, including doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.
