Quest Toowoomba is now recruiting for a Casual Housekeeper/ Room Attendant to join its friendly and warm team.
The Role
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably within a business environment, is essential. Qualifications or prior experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism industries would be highly regarded.
In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards.
The Ideal Candidate
Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.
Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
Candidates must be available to work morning shifts, weekends, and rotating rosters as required.
