What You'll Be Doing
This Strategic Leadership role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital property exchange. As a visionary Technology Leader, you will drive our architectural evolution and engineering excellence, shaping our platform engineering capabilities, lead AI adoption, and ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and future-ready as we expand into new markets.
Responsibilities
1. Drive PEXA's architectural vision and engineering standards aligned with business strategy
2. Lead the Architecture & Engineering Standards team, providing clear technical direction
3. Champion the adoption of generative and agent-based AI across engineering practices
4. Develop technology roadmaps for cloud, integration, and platform capabilities
5. Establish governance frameworks ensuring security, compliance, and scalability
* Guide high-impact architectural decisions across the organization
* Partner with product teams to ensure platform readiness and solution resilience
* Drive modern architecture patterns and AI-enabled engineering practices
* Foster collaboration across engineering communities and external partners
* Lead continuous improvement in engineering practices and standards

* Deep expertise in platform engineering and cloud technologies
* Experience implementing engineering standards and governance
* Knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application
