What you bring (Qualifications)
- Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles with a focus on immigration
- Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and compliance processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; maintain composure under pressure
- Experience in technology or rapidly growing companies is desirable
- Versatile, adaptable team player
- Strong customer-facing experience with effective communication across diverse client bases
- Interest in expanding knowledge of global immigration laws; eager to develop expertise
- Remote and/or asynchronous work experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery
- Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance
- Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and establish in-house immigration services to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications
- Maintain up-to-date immigration law knowledge and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
- Handle escalations, determine when senior review is needed, and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions
- Advise on travel needs, counsel on immigration processes, and serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship
- Manage case statuses using case management and billing systems
- Provide solution-based responses for complex client cases
- Work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day tasks
- Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation

Remote Compensation Philosophy
Remote’s total rewards philosophy ensures fair compensation and equity pay with competitive benefits. We pay above in-location rates and use geo ranges to reflect geographic pay differentials in a globally distributed workforce.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $26,700 - $60,050 USD. Actual base pay depends on location, skills, experience, and market demands. The range may change over time.
At Remote, internal mobility is a key element of growth, with compensation changes reviewed case by case by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team.
