About the Role
We are busier than ever and are searching for an Experienced Barista to join our expanding, innovative, and award-winning Food & Beverage department. You will deliver quality guest service and operate Monte's food and beverage offerings across the Cafe. This is a casual role, with full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.
What you will Bring
- Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences
- Excellent communication with a confident, friendly personality and proven customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Desire, passion, and drive to advance hospitality knowledge
- Initiative to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is desired but not required
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
