We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join their ambitious team. In this role, you will manage the end to end sales process with mid market clients, from inbound lead qualification through to close, playing a key role in driving revenue growth across their global suite of design led, ergonomic solutions.

What you'll do?
* Manage the full sales lifecycle by qualifying inbound leads, delivering tailored solutions-based proposals, and closing opportunities with accurate documentation.
* Achieve individual and team revenue targets by developing conversion strategies, including customised pitches, effective follow-ups, and upselling.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships within SMB clients (fewer than 1,000 seats), acting as an advocate to influence workplace decisions and identify opportunities for further solutions.
* Work cross-functionally to ensure products remain relevant in a changing market while providing informal mentorship to peers and supporting growth through occasional domestic travel.
* Maintain an adaptable, data-driven approach to meet client needs and support the company's expanding product portfolio.
What you need?
* 2–5 years' experience in a B2B sales in complex, consultative environments, ideally within Saas, workplace solutions or corporate environments
* Proven ability to manage multi-touch, multi-stakeholder sales cycle, balance inbound and outbound pipeline
* Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
* High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
* Technical aptitude to learn new business concepts, handle high velocity sales and genuine ambition to build a long-term career
* Confident presentation and communication skills (in-person and virtual)
* Commercially curious with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly
