Job Duties:
1. Screen CVs and conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
2. Read driver tour schedules and debrief drivers on routes.
3. Account manage to grow each client and maximize gross profit.
4. Set KPIs and daily plans.
5. Perform daily candidate activity and sourcing.
6. Make daily telephone check-ins with clients to ensure candidates are onsite.
7. Advertise across all accessible job boards.
8. Make sales calls from lead generation and perform drop-in visits.
9. Be available for out-of-hours client emergencies on a rota shared between branches.
10. Conduct service visits to existing clients to ensure standards are met.
11. Reference check all workers and ensure candidate packs and client files meet audit standards.
12. Update the database with all candidate and client information.
