Machine Operator

Machine Operators required to join our client, a global market-leading aluminium packaging manufacturer for major brands in the beverage industry. The position requirements include, but are not limited to:
* Operate, monitor, and set high-speed production machinery
* Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimise downtime
* Conduct quality checks and complete production documentation
* Strictly follow all safety procedures at all times
To be considered for this role you will ideally possess the following:
* Machine operating experience in high-speed printing or FMCG manufacturing environment
* A strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
* A current forklift licence is essential
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
On Offer
Rotating 12-hour day/night shifts: 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Rotating 8-hour day/afternoon shifts: 7am-2:30pm & 3pm-10:30pm
$41.43 per hour + shift loading + super + overtime (all paid at double time)
