As a Transition to Practice Enrolled Nurse, you have the unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of clinical settings under the guidance of experienced nurses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply current knowledge and understanding of the NMBA Enrolled Nurse Standards of Practice in the context of the Transition to Practice program.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver person-centred care to patients/clients and their families.
* Evaluate care outcomes and provide feedback to improve patient care.
To be successful in this role, applicants should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse and hold a current Driver's Licence if applying for a Community Nurse position.
Desirable criteria include less than six months experience as an enrolled nurse and less than two years since completion of Enrolled Nurse qualifications for registration.
