We are seeking a Disability Management Professional to lead our Goulburn team in creating a safe and person-centered environment for clients with complex disabilities.
This is a leadership role that requires strong skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to active support.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a high-dependency Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supporting clients with complex disabilities and behaviors.
2. Lead a team of Support Workers in achieving the highest quality care outcomes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing SIL services for people with complex disabilities and behavioral needs.
* At least 3 years of experience supporting people living with psychosocial disabilities and mental health issues.
* Strong understanding of NDIS practice standards, behavior management principles, and risk assessment.
* Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Working With Children Check.
