The Role
The Chief Executive Officer will oversee all business operations, strategic direction, and performance across ASGI. This is a high-impact role that blends visionary leadership with disciplined execution. You'll work closely with the Founder and Chairman to set the strategy, lead a high-performing executive team, and ensure ASGI continues to deliver transformational experiences to entrepreneurs worldwide.

What You'll Do
* Lead the organisation's strategic and operational performance across all business units
* Develop and execute growth strategies that drive scale, efficiency, and profitability
* Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team with strong accountability and engagement
* Drive innovation across education, events, and digital delivery to enhance global reach
* Strengthen systems, processes, and governance to support sustainable expansion
* Represent ASGI with key partners, investors, and industry stakeholders
* Champion culture, communication, and alignment across all teams
What You Bring
* Proven experience as a CEO or senior executive in a growth-driven organisation
* Demonstrated success leading diverse operations and teams across multiple markets
* Strong financial and strategic management capability
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills
* Experience within business education, coaching, or events is highly regarded
* Ability to balance vision with disciplined execution in fast-moving environments
