Job Title: Cadastral Surveyor
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cadastral Surveyor to join our team. As a Cadastral Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the organization of projects with direct communication and development with business directors.
The role involves initial survey control and site establishment, ensuring all projects adhere to property cadastre standards. You will also assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as mentoring and training junior staff members.
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be involved in planning and conducting surveys, collecting and analyzing data, presenting findings to clients for residential and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in the organization of company projects with direct communication & development with business directors.
* To ensure that all project activities are undertaken within established quality management systems guidelines or regulatory frameworks when applicable including Health Safety Environment (HSE).
* Analyzing data & interpreting results using technical expertise in spatial surveying software packages e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D.
