Your Attributes
* Be presentable and well-mannered
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* 3+ years experience in similar role is desired but not essential
* Enjoy working both within a small team and autonomously
* Excellent time management with an ability to meet strict deadlines
* Ability to self-motivate
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Appropriate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Provide back up support during staff absences
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* The role will initially be on a casual basis approx. 25hrs/wk before transitioning to fulltime so availability between 8am-4.30pm is a requirement.
