OverviewScottsdale Football Club is seeking enthusiastic and committed Sports Trainers (Level 1 and Level 2) to join our team for the **** NTFA season.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a proud, community-focused club while supporting the health, performance and well-being of our players.About the RoleWe are looking for reliable, game-day and/or training-day trainers to support our Senior men's and women's teams throughout the **** season.ResponsibilitiesProvide game-day and training supportInjury prevention and basic treatmentTaping (ankles, shoulders, thumbs, wrists, etc.)First aid response and injury managementLiaise with coaches, players and medical professionalsMatchday paperwork and reporting (as required)QualificationsGenuine interest in player well-beingAFL Level 1 or Level 2 Sports Trainer qualification (or willingness to obtain prior to season start with support from the Club)Current First Aid & CPR certificationGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamA professional, calm and supportive approach with playersReliability for rostered trainings and/or gamesWhat We OfferWelcoming, team-focused club environmentSupport from experienced trainers and coaching staffAll required equipment and suppliesHonorarium/Match payments depending on experience and availabilityOpportunity for ongoing development and upskillingHow to ApplyIf you're passionate about community football and player well-being, we'd love to hear from you
