We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors in a residential aged care setting.
What you'll be doing
Provide exceptional care and support to residents within our residential aged care facility.
Foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building strong relationships with residents and their families.
Assist with personal care, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, promoting independence and dignity.
Support residents' mobility and physical well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Engage residents in stimulating activities and social interactions, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans, tailored to meet each resident's unique needs.
Waht you need to be successful in this role:
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing)
Compassionate nature and a genuine passion for caring for seniors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and their families.
Empathy and patience to provide individualized support with dignity and respect.
Ability to work collaboratively as part a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in residential aged care is highly valued.
Current Police Clearance (less than 6 months)
It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID Vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination
