Job Description
The Role
We have an opportunity to join our growing Morley branch as a Personal Banker. You will advocate Beyond Bank Australia's core values, deliver exceptional service to members, and achieve individual performance targets that contribute to overall branch success.
* Provide a local member‐owned banking experience to new and existing members.
* Proactively connect member needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skills.
* Manage general enquiries and give sound advice and information to our members.
* Contribute to a high‐achieving team environment with a strong work ethic.
* Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions.
* Assist members to identify short, medium, and long‐term needs and aspirations, and act on this information using Banking Reviews and future follow‐ups.
* Provide timely advice on our range of financial products and services, offering personal banking solutions that meet members' needs.
* Assist members with unsecured lending options, including personal loans and credit cards, providing clear information on terms, conditions, and repayment plans.
* Assist members with secured lending products such as home loans and car loans, ensuring they understand features, benefits, fees, charges, and overall value.
* Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member.

Qualifications
We are looking for a caring and customer‐focused person who values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A passion for building lasting relationships and serving the local community.
* Ability to work in a dynamic customer‐service environment.
* Excellent problem‐solving and analytical skills.
* Demonstrated experience in a customer‐service environment, retail, sales, or banking.
* Banking or financial‐services experience is desirable but not essential.
