This role will be a Site Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of Site Supervisors and Desktop Supervisors across NSW. You will also be hands on in supervising insurance roofing projects, liaising with clients and trades, and maintaining strong alignment with the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coordinate Site and Desktop Supervisors in your region Oversee multiple insurance roofing repair and replacement projects (residential & commercial) Source, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and trades Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management Handle escalated customer issues and complaints promptly Support recruitment, training, and development initiatives within your region Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and weekly/monthly performance reporting About You: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction or roofing supervision role Proven track record coordinating multiple projects and managing teams/subcontractors Strong knowledge of roofing systems, repair/replacement processes, and construction practices Confident leadership and coaching skills, capable of mentoring supervisor Experience in insurance building or restoration Formal qualifications in building, roofing, or construction management QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or equivalent Offer: Step into management 120k Super Car 30k Commission Gold Coast based office Commission on top of base salary If you’ve got experience leading teams, managing site supervisors, and overseeing insurance construction projects, we’d love to hear from you.
