About the Role
As a Langham Service Agent at The Langham Sydney, you will be handling guest bookings, and ensuring every stay is seamless. You will connect with guests, coordinate with teams, and bring a touch of luxury to every interaction.
About the Role
* To ensure all Room Reservation enquiries are handled professionally, efficiently and accurately over both email and phone.
* Contribute positively to the achievement of sales & revenue budget through conversion of reservation enquiries into sales.
* To handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect as appropriate.
* To handle all hotel food & beverage outlet reservations.
* To process all In-Room Dining orders from hotel guests
Skills & Experience
Your skills and experience will include:
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Ability to demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
* Attention to detail, flexible with working hours and reliable.
* You have availability throughout the week, public holidays and on weekends.
