ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and deliver a strategic, data-driven recruitment function, focused on attracting high-quality talent within the homecare sector. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and leadership to drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns and proactive talent pipelines.
It is a hands-on, commercially focused position that combines strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement to ensure the business remains competitive in securing top talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and deliver a long-term talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth and workforce planning
* Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles across the business
* Use data and recruitment analytics to improve hiring performance, efficiency and decision-making
* Lead recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives and industry engagement activities
* Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, technology and candidate experience to enhance outcomes

* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to design and execute long-term talent acquisition plans
* Data‐driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform hiring decisions and improve performance
* Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders across the business
