The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong SAP experience to support delivery across large-scale transformation programs.
This role is focused on end-to-end business process validation, ensuring critical SAP workflows are tested effectively across complex, integrated environments.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to ensure testing aligns to real business outcomes, not just technical requirements.
What You'll Be Doing
Functional & Process Testing
* Design and execute test scenarios across SAP business processes (e.g. Finance, Procurement, HR)
* Validate end-to-end workflows across SAP and integrated systems
* Support SIT, UAT and regression cycles
Business-Centric Testing
* Work closely with SMEs to understand real-world process flows
* Translate business requirements into structured, risk-based test scenarios
* Ensure testing reflects critical business operations and edge cases
Defect & Quality Management
* Identify, log and manage defects with clear articulation of business impact
* Support triage with functional and technical teams
* Maintain traceability across requirements, test cases and defects
Program Contribution
* Support test planning, estimation and execution reporting
* Provide input into coverage, risk and prioritisation decisions
* Work across multiple workstreams within complex SAP programs
What We're Looking For
* 4–7+ years experience in testing, with strong SAP exposure
* Experience across SAP environments (ECC or S/4HANA)
* Strong understanding of key business processes, such as:
* Finance (FI/CO)
* Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
* Order-to-Cash (O2C)
* Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
* Experience supporting SIT and UAT in enterprise environments
* Strong stakeholder communication and defect management skills
Nice to Have
* Exposure to Tricentis Tosca
* Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager or similar tools
* Experience in SAP transformation or data migration programs
* Background in regulated industries (FS, utilities, government)
