Job Description
Making a Positive Impact:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that promote functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* Design and implement intervention programs using occupation to enhance clients' abilities and improve their overall well-being.
* Identify barriers and create personalized programs to support clients in achieving maximal work participation.
* Stay up-to-date with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to empower clients in reaching their wellness and recovery goals.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
Your Background:
* Possess an Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
* Show a willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in meaningful ways.
* Be able to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
* Have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for community-based work.
* Hold a current or be able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
