**About the role**
As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager your primary responsibility is to provide the Yates business with timely reporting and value-added analysis, with a particular emphasis on the creation of reliable reporting and the formulation, maintenance, and implementation of the Yates budgeting, forecasting, and strategy.
**Responsibilities**
- Complete monthly management reporting requirements that provide helpful insight into key financial data for ANZ leaders.
- Manage the monthly reporting process, analysis, and commentary (actual vs forecast, budget, and LY).
- Prepare monthly flash result, monthly operating review (MOR) pack for business presentation.
- Analyse financial and operational results to better understand company performance.
- Develop short-term cash flow analysis and forecasting.
- Work with head of supply chain and team in understanding of inventory forecast, TWC improvement, SLOBs management.
- Provide assistance with the preparation of various Board and Management presentations and reports.
- Other ad-hoc reporting requirements such as balance sheet review, asset verification, revenue cut-off review, letter of assurance, external and internal audit reporting etc.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Certified Practicing Accountants or Chartered Accountants certification
- 5+ years’ experience in finance controllership roles
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Strong problem solving and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
- High level of dependability and integrity
- Financial modelling and evaluation skills
- Team leadership / team development to harness engagement
- Systems experience with SAP, BW, TM1 and Power BI preferred
