Your First Year – Fast Track Your Career
Months 1–2: Structured induction & onboarding, observation, mentoring, early CPD planning
Months 3–6: Manage a caseload (with supervision for grads), weekly coaching, supported outreach travel
Months 7–12: Grow caseload independence, participate in team case conferences, attend in-service events
About the Role
* Provide paediatric speech pathology assessment, diagnosis and therapy
* Work with NDIS participants, school-based clients and private referrals
* Collaborate with parents, carers, teachers, GPs and other health professionals
* Contribute to inclusive, community-based service delivery in rural NSW
