About the Role
As a teacher in our organization, you will be responsible for providing spiritual, academic, and wellbeing needs of students through personal example, integrity, and behavior. You will work with students from Kindergarten to Year 12, supporting their learning achievement and developing a school culture that empowers them to think critically, discern wisely, and value the search for truth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to diverse student needs
* Maintain a safe and engaging environment that enables positive learning to take place
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless student support
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed., Dip. Ed., etc.)
* Registration as a teacher in Tasmania (or ability to register prior to commencement)
* Familiarity with Australian curriculum and Tasmanian Catholic education requirements
* Understanding of current teaching pedagogy and best practices
