About the Role 
In your role as a Store Associate at TK Maxx, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, this will include but is not limited to, delivering excellent customer service, sales merchandising and display, and stock management. You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience that will keep them coming back. You will also be tasked with the processing and merchandising of stock to drive profitable sales.

Skills/Experience 
The successful applicant should possess the following: 
Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable 
Sales and results-driven with proven experience in meeting KPIs 
Experience in a high-volume retail environment 
Team player with good interpersonal skills 
Experience in merchandising a range of products
