Team Global Express is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Perth to drive new business, build strong relationships, and win new logos across WA. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who loves prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals, especially within mining and large enterprise accounts.
You'll join a high-performing sales team at a time of major growth and transformation, with strong support, real career pathways, and competitive salary + incentives.
What you'll do
* Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise clients
* Manage long-term sales cycles and secure new-logo business
* Lead sales presentations, pitch tailored solutions, and negotiate deals
* Oversee onboarding of new clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right solutions
* Build a strong pipeline and maintain disciplined CRM activity in Salesforce
