What You'll Be Doing
Managing head and subcontractor contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Driving procurement strategies and administering contract packages from award to finalisation.
Supporting the Project Manager and Site team with cost forecasting, reporting, and claims management.
Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
About You
Minimum 5+ years' experience in contract administration or commercial roles within construction.
Proven background working on large-scale commercial projects upwards of $80M.
Confident across contracts, variations, claims, and cost reporting.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative mindset.
