The Inventory Controller plays a crucial role in our team, collaborating with key stakeholders to analyse, update and maintain our inventory database.
Your focus will be on maintaining accurate information within tight deadlines, supporting business goals, and delivering high-quality data.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft
* Collect and analyse pricing information to support cost-saving decisions
* Provide reports on product availability and inventory status
* Assist with general admin/data entry and review vendor and supplier invoices
* Work closely with the procurement team to manage supply contracts
* Support business goals by delivering accurate information within tight deadlines
Qualifications:
* Advanced Excel skills - comfortable with functions such as VLOOKUP
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with effective oral and written communication
* Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team
* Ability to liaise across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Previous experience within the residential construction industry or completion of Cert IV in Building is desirable
