About The Position
As a Financial Counsellor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances and develop tailored solutions to help them achieve financial stability.
Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a permanent, full-time position based in Karratha, WA. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 5.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Diploma of Financial Counselling and accreditation with a state-based recognised financial counselling association
* Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
* Strong money management and negotiation skills
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
