They are now entering a new expansion phase and are seeking a Sales Manager who thrives on building systems, developing people, and driving growth in high-ticket environments.
About the Role
If you are a hands-on sales leader who moves fast, loves improving systems, and performs at your best in high-ticket environments, this role will feel like home. You will manage the sales function end to end, supporting a high-performing team, lifting pipeline performance, optimising CRM and operational workflows, and ensuring consistent revenue outcomes every month.
You will lead from the front, stay close to the numbers, and bring the energy and discipline that keeps the sales engine operating at its best.
What You Will Do:
Sales Leadership
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Senior Advisors and Setters
* Run weekly sales rhythms, standups, and performance reviews
* Drive a culture of accountability, pace, and continuous optimisation
Revenue Operations (RevOps)
* Own the HighLevel CRM including pipeline structure, dashboards, and automations
* Improve speed to lead, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle efficiency
* Provide reliable forecasting and data insights to support strategic decisions
Hands-On Selling
* Join your team in high-trust strategy conversations with established founders
* Support deals where needed to maintain standards and drive outcomes
* Deliver coaching, objection handling, and deal strategy guidance
Sales Enablement
* Implement and refine scripts, frameworks, and sales playbooks
* Use AI tools to increase speed, productivity, and follow-up consistency
* Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and elite follow-up processes
Growth Strategy
* Translate the CEO's growth vision into clear and actionable sales priorities
* Identify bottlenecks and optimise the funnel at every stage
* Work collaboratively across departments to support sustainable scale
What You Bring
* 2+ years leadership experience in coaching, consulting, or high-ticket sales
* Proven ability to close programs priced between $10K and $50K or more
* Strong CRM skill set at the core of your daily workflow
* Sharp instincts and a performance-focused approach
* Confidence stepping into deals and elevating team capability
* High EQ, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs grow
