What You'll Be Doing
Provide comprehensive support for Cerner eMR applications, including maintenance, upgrades and data quality management.
Offer expert guidance on system enhancements and optimisation, consult on the development of new clinical applications and advise on business process transformation.
Support the implementation of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) scheduled for November **** across Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts.
Ensure technical readiness, engage stakeholders, manage change and provide ongoing support to meet clinical and operational needs.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Health Information Management or equivalent experience in a health discipline, information management / informatics or information communications & technology.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess and critically evaluate information.
Knowledge and experience in major hospital information systems such as Cerner eMR; understanding of patient information usage and interactions between critical applications.
Experience with testing, including PAS integration testing.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, ability to collaborate and maintain effective relationships, with a demonstrated track record of customer engagement and support.
