We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Centre Director. You'll be passionate about Early Years education and dedicated to providing quality child care, interactive learning, and memorable experiences.

We provide quality education and care for children aged six months to six years in large, purpose-built centres. Our educational program is structured around the Montessori pillars and aligns with and is governed by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

What We Need From You:
* Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor or Masters in a relevant childcare course
* Experience in a management role
* Strong Roster Management Skills
* Experience in building and maintaining utilisation
* Experience managing a budget, and bad debt processes
* Understanding of the National Quality Standards, and corresponding law and regulations
* Experience Managing KIMS, ISS, ACCS, NQATIS
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Exceptional customer service skills - building parent and community relationships
* Performance management skills, and ability to build and manage a team according to company standards
* Montessori qualifications or experience highly desirable
