Role
This full‑time role provides hands‑on exposure to a diverse range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. As a Graduate in our Litigation team, you will be actively involved in the full lifecycle of disputes — from strategy formulation and pre‑litigation correspondence through to hearings and enforcement.
You will gain practical experience across areas including insolvency and bankruptcy, restructuring, debt recovery, and general commercial litigation. The role also encompasses involvement in alternative dispute resolution processes, detailed document review and discovery management, preparation of court documents, and assistance with client reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, correspondence, and court documents;
* Assist in the preparation of affidavits, pleadings, and submissions;
* Manage discovery and evidence collation processes;
* Liaise directly with clients, counsel, and external stakeholders;
* Support settlement negotiations and mediation preparation;
* Contribute to the firm's strategic litigation outcomes.
