Senior Social Worker Role

* The successful candidate will use the Key Assets Practice framework to engage clients, provide supervision and coaching, and support culturally responsive services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to identify issues/needs and set goals.
2. Provide supervision and coaching to team members.
3. Support foster carers through regular visits and support.
4. Ensure the protection of children and their welfare.
The position offers hybrid working options, 5 weeks' annual leave after 2 years, and opportunities for professional development.
