Job Description We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the delivery of minor built form infrastructure projects, in line with schedule, quality and budget constraints. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Infrastructure Project Delivery team, completing procurement and contract documentation, assessing tenders and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a demonstrated background in liaising with consultants, contractors, internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to produce high-quality scopes. Strong budgeting skills and experience in managing stakeholders, contractors, and tradespersons are essential. This role requires a strong understanding of construction projects and contracts, as well as excellent organisational, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.
