The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote innovative healthcare products.
* Developing brand strategies aligned with company objectives and target audiences
* Planning and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, etc.)
* Collaborating with internal teams including Quality, R&D, Finance and external vendors and agencies to deliver sales and brand strategies
* Supporting product development and improvement
* Conducting market research and analysing consumer trends
* Maintaining and enhancing brand identity across all channels
* Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to inform future strategies.
The Requirements
* Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* At least five years' experience in brand management or a similar role within the consumer goods industry (ideally consumer healthcare)
* Understanding of pharmacy sales and key account management
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
