About The Role
The Valentina Group Agency (TVGA) is a Melbourne-based creative agency that has been shaping Australia's major events landscape for nearly three decades through unique and curated brand activations and experiences.
We bring brands to life, delivering projects from strategy and creative concept through to execution and onsite management. Our work spans large-scale and premium hospitality and entertainment environments, fashion runways, and bespoke, immersive activations for high-end local and global brands.
We are looking for a Spatial Designer – (Events & Experiential) to lead the development of visual and spatial outputs – translating concepts into resolved, buildable, and client-ready designs from initial direction through to final delivery.
This role sits at the centre of each project, connecting client, creative, and production. It suits someone who can see the bigger picture while maintaining a strong attention to detail – ensuring designs are delivered seamlessly through clear communication, commercial awareness, and a high standard of execution that reflects TVGA's positioning in the industry.
This role contributes directly to the quality of delivery, strength of client relationships, expansion of scope, and overall growth of the business.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver design outputs that translate brand concepts, cultures and atmospheres into buildable, client-ready and 360‐degree immersive experiences— consistently, on time, on point, on budget and to a high-quality standard that aligns to TVGA's renowned premium delivery.
The right person will own the design output of a project from concept through the build and to final delivery, with a strong attention to detail and minimal reworking to present ideal concepts proudly.
