About Us

BioBlue is a South Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of AdBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid, proudly servicing customers nationwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our friendly office team at our Adelaide headquarters.

This full-time role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives on customer interaction, order coordination, and general administration. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and customer support while assisting with broader administrative and executive tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Administration & Customer Support

* Process and manage customer orders through our system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Issue invoices and manage customer accounts using MYOB Account Right.
* Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
* Track and follow up on order progress, liaising with production and logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Maintain customer records, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

General Administrative Support

* Assist with coordinating administrative and organizational tasks across production, logistics, and administration teams.
* Support document management, including scanning, filing, and maintaining record systems.
* Assist with general executive support tasks, including involvement in business projects.
* Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
* Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You:

* Proficiency in MYOB and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* Enjoys customer-service based roles.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, order processing, and financial tasks.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
* Previous experience in sales administration, order management, or a related administrative role is essential.
* Must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
