What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for driving new business across the freight and logistics sector, with a focus on AI-powered transport and port software solutions. This includes:
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
* Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the container freight space (e.g. operators seeking TMS platforms)
* Building and managing a strong, well-qualified pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting
* Leading product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders, articulating value and ROI for clients
* Managing end-to-end deal cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth pre- and post-sales customer experience
* Staying informed on competitor movements, market trends, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain
* Providing accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline and sales activity to leadership
What You Bring
* Proven track record in business development or enterprise solution sales within freight, logistics, or supply chain
* Experience selling into containerised freight, port, or transport operators
* Strong understanding of logistics software technology platforms (TMS, TOS, VBS, optimisation tools)
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
* Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
* Ability to operate independently while also contributing to a broader team culture
* A growth mindset and an interest in shaping how logistics and supply chain businesses adopt digital tools
